Frequently Asked Questions
Okay. We’ll be the first to admit it. Passholder magnet insurance sounds too good to be true. But isn’t “too good to be true” what magic is based on? You love the magic of theme parks, and a small part of that is that prideful passholder magnet you place on your vehicle. It’s time to protect that small part because no matter how small it is, it is a big part of your magical experience.

Questions and Answers
Below are a set of frequently asked questions about our service. If you cannot find the answer you seek here, please use our contact us form and one of our customer care representatives will reach out to you.
Is this for real? Are you really insuring passholder magnets?
Based on social media posts, and statistical analysis, the number one complaint from annual passholders isn’t about price, food, or lines. It’s about stolen magnets. We may not be able to do anything about the other items, but we can protect your magnet.
How much does it cost?
The cost is based on the age of the passholder magnets. We have a wide inventory of older magnets but not all magnets from years passed are available. Cost start as little 0.75/month, per magnet.
How long does it take to get replacement magnets?
Replacements are usually shipped within one week after a claim is filed and verified.
How many magnets can I insure?
Currently, the maximum is ten magnets. But we are working with new underwriters every day and hope to increase this threshold soon.
